Viral Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Viral Marketing Assistant will support the fast‑moving Viral team in creating and executing campaigns that generate buzz for artists across digital platforms. Working closely with viral marketing managers, creators and the wider team, you will help turn cultural moments into shareable content.

Key responsibilities

• Assist viral marketing managers with day‑to‑day delivery of viral campaigns for artists.
• Support creator campaigns through research, casting, outreach and budgeting.
• Manage burner and fan accounts, including content ideation, editing, posting and community management.
• Help maintain and expand the label’s burner network and micro‑creator network.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reporting insights.
• Research emerging trends, platform shifts and viral formats to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Monitor fan culture and flag early signals that could spark viral moments.

Required profile

• Passion for music, pop culture and digital trends.
• Ability to work quickly in a collaborative, experimental environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
