Waiter – Modern Turkish Restaurant

About the role

Leydi, a modern Turkish restaurant in central London, is looking for a Waiter to be the face of guests' experience, bringing their own style to the table and making sure every guest enjoys the visit from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down the floor, service stations and backstage areas
• Meet and greet guests, find them suitable seating and accommodate their requests
• Own the guest experience and create memorable moments throughout their visit
• Check the reservation system for bookings and special requests
• Stock condiments and assist with the stock system
• Clean all restaurant spaces, including areas guests use
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards

Required profile

• Previous experience in a busy front-of-house role
• A genuine care for making people feel looked after
• Anticipates what guests want before they ask
• Team player who is not precious and is willing to try almost anything once
