Waiter/Waitress – Mexican Restaurant in London

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join El Pastor, a Mexican taqueria in Battersea, London. You will be part of a team that serves authentic Mexican dishes and creates a festive atmosphere for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast‑paced, high‑quality restaurant.
• Maintain the highest standards of food and drink presentation.
• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues at all times.
• Act as the welcoming face of the brand, managing and exceeding guest expectations.
• Know the menu, ingredients and allergens to answer guest queries accurately.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a busy restaurant.
• Kind, friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong command of English.
• Team‑oriented with respect for colleagues.
• Passion for Mexican food, culture and hospitality.
