Warehouse Assistant & Driver – Full‑time

About the role

Join TF Solutions, a leading UK distributor of air‑conditioning, refrigeration and heat‑pump products. As a Warehouse Assistant & Driver you will support a busy specialist branch, ensuring smooth order preparation, safe vehicle loading and timely deliveries to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in picking, checking and packing orders for delivery.
• Load company vehicles efficiently while protecting stock from damage.
• Verify delivery notes match parcels before loading, including cross‑dock orders.
• Deliver orders to customer premises, obtain proof of delivery signatures and visually inspect stock condition.
• Handle customer returns safely, checking and signing for returned items.
• Complete daily and weekly paperwork, including delivery declarations.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow all Health & Safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Ability to plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good manual handling techniques and physical fitness for loading duties.
