Warehouse Associate – Temporary Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team on a temporary full‑time basis. The position supports our high‑density polyethylene distribution operations across Atlantic Canada and is ideal for students returning to school in the fall.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, count, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
• Receive, verify, and put away incoming vendor shipments and customer returns.
• Load and unload trucks, operating a forklift and other material‑handling equipment.
• Document all receiving and shipping activities in the computer system, including handling discrepancies and freight claims.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by removing debris and reporting safety issues.
• Assist teammates at the customer service counter and perform other tasks as directed by the Profit Centre Manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to follow all health and safety regulations.
• Availability for a temporary full‑time schedule ending in the fall.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Use of material‑handling equipment.
