Warehouse Operative – Ambient Chamber (Leeds)

About the role

Join GXO Logistics on the Sainsbury's contract, working in the Ambient Chamber at Sherburn in Elmet. You will help keep stores stocked by picking, moving and preparing room‑temperature products for dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using a voice‑picking system.
• Support other warehouse activities throughout your shift.
• Follow health and safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Operate MHE equipment where required (full training provided).

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience advantageous but not essential.
• Flexible, positive and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, pushing and pulling.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
