Warehouse Operative – Rotating Shifts (Andover)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our Andover site on a rotating shift pattern. The role involves accurate weighing of cartons, recording data and supporting the warehouse team to meet production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Weigh cartons using calibrated weighing equipment on an hourly basis.
• Verify carton weights against specifications and quality standards.
• Record and report weight data on controlled documentation.
• Identify and escalate weight discrepancies, damaged cartons or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Follow company procedures, work instructions and health & safety requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and assist with additional production duties as directed.

Required profile

• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work rotating early and late shifts consistently.
• Willingness to learn and follow full training.
• Good attention to detail and strong safety awareness.

Required skills

• Operation of calibrated weighing equipment.

What we offer

• £14 per hour.
• Full‑time hours on a rotating shift schedule.
• Immediate start with a contract running from mid‑July to end of August.
