Weekend Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Weekend Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse team during the weekend shift. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately, safely and on time, while maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the warehouse team across Thursday to Monday shifts.
• Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to the required quality.
• Monitor workload, prioritize tasks around carrier cut‑off times and allocate resources effectively.
• Support picking, packing, loading, pallet operations and stock control activities.
• Maintain health & safety and housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Escalate operational issues promptly and provide clear shift handovers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Awareness of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF.

Required skills

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System, preferably Mintsoft.
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Flexi Truck Licence.
