About the role
Join SUEZ as a Welder/Fabricator at our Bolton site, working 44 hours per week on an alternating shift pattern. The role offers a salary of £42,532.66 per year, full PPE, and access to company benefits in a supportive, safety‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out welding and fabrication repairs on industrial assets such as conveyors, motors and gearboxes.
- Estimate damage, assess repairs and advise maintenance supervisors.
- Adhere to health & safety rules and maintain a clean, tidy work area following 5S standards.
- Work both independently and as part of a team, with occasional mobile assignments around Manchester.
- Learn small mechanical tasks alongside technicians and report any non‑compliant activity.
Required profile
- Recognised welder qualification.
- Proven experience with conveyors, motors and gearboxes.
- Extensive background in welding and fabricating industrial components.
