About the role
A welcoming primary school in Hounslow is seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Early Career Teacher (ECT) to start in September 2026. The role begins with a trial week of lessons and interviews during the week of 22 June 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Participate in staff meetings, PPA time and collaborative planning.
- Maintain accurate pupil records and assessment data.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and either completing or recently completed ECT training.
- Passion for inspiring young learners and a commitment to inclusive education.
- Willingness to learn, receive mentoring and develop professional practice.
