Year 4 Primary Teacher – Full‑time Contract (SE18)

About the role

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Year 4 Primary Teacher for a mainstream primary school in SE18, Plumstead. The role starts in September 2026 and runs until July 2027 on a full‑time temporary contract.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver daily lessons for Year 4 pupils.
• Mark assessments and provide feedback.
• Organise and attend parents’ evenings.
• Maintain classroom records and contribute to whole‑school initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience teaching EYFS/KS1/KS2 in the UK.
• Up‑to‑date safeguarding training (within the last year).
• Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS with online update service.
• Two professional references covering the last two years.
