12‑Hour Retail Keyholder – Weekends & Weekdays

About the role

Join Levi’s iconic Regent Street store as a part‑time Keyholder, working 12‑hour shifts on weekends and selected weekdays. You will act as the essential link between our products and customers while supporting the store’s Stylists and management team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service, embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Support store management with daily tasks, opening and closing duties when senior managers are absent.
• Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve personal targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong visual standards throughout the store.
• Assist with deliveries and organise the stockroom.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience meeting sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment.
• Strong customer‑service focus and a team‑player attitude.
• Experience managing or leading a shop‑floor team.
