360 Operator – Leica GPS Specialist (Stoke)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced 360 Operator to join a fast‑growing ground works contractor in Stoke. The role involves operating a 21‑tonne machine equipped with Leica GPS technology on construction sites, delivering precise earth‑moving work.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a 360‑degree GPS‑controlled excavator to perform high‑precision ground works.
• Set up and calibrate Leica GPS equipment according to project specifications.
• Maintain strict health and safety standards on site.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide accurate daily reports on machine usage and progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating 360‑degree GPS‑controlled machinery.
• Valid CPCS or NPORS certification.
• Current PPE and strong site safety awareness.
• Minimum of two professional references.
• Immediate availability for start.
