3PL Client Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced 3PL Client Account Manager to oversee client service, account management and logistics operations in a fast‑paced fulfilment environment. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring orders move smoothly from placement to delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client service activities within a 3PL fulfilment setting.
• Support client accounts, including returns handling, reporting and operational updates.
• Process and manage customer orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Book and distribute orders to major retailers, meeting delivery requirements.
• Liaise directly with clients to handle requests, resolve issues and provide regular updates.
• Monitor order journeys, ensuring service levels and deadlines are met.
• Resolve client queries via email and telephone promptly and professionally.
• Generate AWB labels through courier portals accurately.
• Prioritise incoming enquiries and collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of client processes and service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a 3PL, fulfilment, distribution or logistics environment.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts or customer relationships within logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, order fulfilment and delivery operations.
• Experience working with retailers, e‑commerce brands or high‑volume order environments is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
