Account Manager / Client Service Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager / Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Sevenoaks. The role supports senior account managers in delivering seamless client service and logistics processes, ensuring orders move smoothly from entry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support client service processes, including returns management and reporting.
• Process orders using dedicated order processing systems and software.
• Book and distribute orders to major retailers.
• Liaise with clients, manage requests and see them through to resolution.
• Provide client support throughout the order journey via the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Resolve client queries by email and telephone.
• Generate accurate airway bill (AWB) labels using courier portals.
• Answer incoming calls, categorise and manage email enquiries.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance teams to maintain clear communication and efficient operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a distribution or logistics environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude focused on delivering outstanding client service.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in order processing systems and related software.
• Familiarity with courier portals for generating AWB labels.
