3rd Line Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Analyst to join our Glasgow‑based technology services client. You will be the highest level of technical escalation, diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure, cloud and networking issues for a range of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle technical incidents and service requests across servers, storage, virtualization and networking.
• Support and maintain cloud and hosted customer environments.
• Own support tickets, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Maintain core service platforms, including patching and incident resolution.
• Liaise with third‑party vendors and customers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 3rd line infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows Server environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage high‑priority incidents.
• Familiarity with ITIL‑based service delivery.
