Accident Management Coordinator & VOR

About the role

As an Accident Management Coordinator & VOR you will guide customers through the entire road‑traffic accident and insurance claim journey. You will act as the primary liaison between drivers, insurers, repair workshops and solicitors, ensuring a smooth, compliant and customer‑focused process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle repairs, replacement vehicles and legal documentation after an accident.
• Communicate with insurers, repairers and solicitors to keep claims progressing within agreed service‑level agreements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with UK regulations, GDPR and company policies.
• Provide timely updates to customers, handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Monitor claim timelines and intervene to resolve any delays or issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, claims handling, accident management or a similar environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Calm, resilient and empathetic approach when dealing with stressful situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
