Account Director – Scientific Visualisation & Experiential

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Director to lead its Scientific Visualisation & Experiential team. Based in the UK, you will partner with US‑focused clients in pharma and biotech to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling visual and experiential assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams delivering medical animation, digital tools, and congress booth experiences.
• Collaborate with internal Real Chemistry groups to develop integrated scientific visualisation strategies.
• Anticipate client needs, plan solutions, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Manage account finances, including forecasts, proposals, and budget adjustments.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Identify new‑business opportunities and support proposal development, RFP responses, and pitching.
