Account Manager – Hospital Patient Monitoring (North East England)

About the role

Be part of the change to increase connectivity with patient monitoring and use analytics to pre‑empt the care patients need. Lead the commercial execution of the Hospital Patient Monitoring portfolio across North East England, driving growth and aligning with district leadership and sales management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver annual order intake and revenue targets across NHS Trusts, ICBs and private hospital customers.
• Be accountable for sales performance of the Patient Monitoring portfolio, working closely with regional teams.
• Collaborate with Modality Sales Specialists and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated, customer‑focused solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans informed by win/loss analysis and market intelligence.
• Travel up to 60 % of the time to engage with customers, support clinical demonstrations and drive account growth.

Required profile

• Experience selling medical devices (ideally patient monitoring) or a clinical background such as ICU/OR/critical care nursing.
• Excellent communicator able to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships.
• Motivated by making a positive patient impact through sharing expertise.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to undergo a standard DBS check.

• Base salary range £43,330 – £68,090 per year, with pay determined by skills, experience and market considerations.
