Account Manager, Medical Capital Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager / Manufacturer's Representative to champion a market‑leading medical capital equipment brand. Based in South West London, you will work in a hybrid model, balancing office‑based pipeline management with extensive field activity across the UK and occasional trips to Europe and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high‑value pipeline of capital equipment opportunities (£30k‑£300k) within NHS and private hospital networks.
• Drive indirect sales through a network of distributors, acting as the primary liaison between distributors, internal technical experts, and clinical end‑users.
• Provide structured training, coaching, and joint field visits to enhance distributor capability.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to develop consultative selling strategies.
• Travel across the UK and internationally as required to support sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Commercially sharp with a strong desire to develop sales expertise in the medical equipment sector.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare or technical industries.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work autonomously.
