About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to join a professional services team in Horsham. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality financial management, reporting, and tax compliance for a portfolio of SME clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare year‑end accounts for limited companies using various bookkeeping packages.
  • Handle associated tax compliance for both corporate and personal taxes.
  • Produce management accounts to support client decision‑making.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, building your own case portfolio.

Required profile

  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, AAT or QBE.
  • Experience working with SME clients.
  • Strong knowledge of mainstream bookkeeping software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
