Accounts Senior – Management & Statutory Accounts

About the role

We are seeking a fully ACCA or ACA qualified Accounts Senior to join a top‑20 UK accountancy practice in central London. The role offers a balanced mix of management accounting, statutory reporting, VAT and corporation tax work, supporting a diverse client portfolio across sectors such as property, financial services, technology and renewable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts (≈50% of workload).
• Compile full FRS 102 statutory accounts from start to finish (≈30%).
• Submit VAT returns and basic corporation tax returns (≈20%).
• Participate in one‑off advisory projects and other accountancy services.

Required profile

• Fully ACCA or ACA qualified, either newly qualified or with up to one year post‑qualification experience.
• Current experience in a UK practice, handling management accounts and preferably statutory accounts.
• Motivation to progress to a manager grade within a supportive, growth‑focused firm.
