Activity Instructor – Outdoor Adventures

About the role

Join Go Wild as an Activity Instructor and lead exciting outdoor experiences such as Axe Throwing, Archery, and team challenges. You will work directly with guests of all ages, ensuring safety while delivering fun and memorable moments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead groups through Axe Throwing, Archery, and other outdoor activities, maintaining safety standards.
• Demonstrate equipment use and explain safety protocols to participants.
• Engage with guests, providing encouragement and support throughout the activities.
• Conduct pre‑activity briefings and answer participant questions.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.
• Handle front‑of‑house duties, including bookings and customer enquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping on site.

Required profile

• Passion for outdoor adventure sports.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse age groups.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying hours.
• First Aid certification is desirable but not mandatory.

Required skills

• First Aid certification (desired).
