About the role
This remote, UK‑wide position supports the day‑to‑day operations of an established business. Working from home, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the team runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage internal documentation, filing, and digital records accurately.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate notes as required.
- Handle inbound correspondence and route enquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic data summaries.
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems and CRMs.
- Support team‑wide administrative tasks and ad‑hoc projects.
- Follow agreed processes and service standards consistently.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Self‑motivated and reliable when working remotely.
- Stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace.
