About the role
We are looking for an Administrator to join our office in Buckinghamshire on a 30‑hour permanent contract. You will support the site office by handling customer orders, paperwork and providing front‑desk service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including data entry and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Manage the sales counter and serve customers courteously.
- Provide administrative support to customer accounts and update systems.
- Handle customer service queries and process invoices.
Required profile
- Previous administration experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
