About the role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join our busy team in Crewe. The role involves handling customer data, ensuring compliance documentation is up‑to‑date and providing general administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate personal information.
- Manage dedicated mailboxes and communicate updates to customers.
- Carry out document checks (insurance, MOT, tax) to meet legislative compliance.
- Perform driving licence verifications.
- Retrieve and process data on request.
- Maintain and update internal database systems.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processes.
- Undertake general administrative duties as required.
Required profile
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident working with data and administrative systems.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable liaising with customers and internal teams.
- Reliable, proactive and able to manage a varied workload.
- Previous administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.

- Competitive salary of £27,000‑£28,500 per annum.
