Agile Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead delivery of a high‑profile global platform that supports buying, supplier management and purchasing processes across Europe and North America. The role is based in our Watford office and operates on a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage end‑to‑end delivery plans and road‑maps.
• Drive accountability across teams and stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
• Lead release planning, delivery governance, risk management and dependency tracking.
• Coach and mentor cross‑functional teams, fostering continuous improvement.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders across a complex global landscape.
• Support both BAU delivery and strategic transformation initiatives, including a major legacy modernisation programme.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong planning, execution and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering within Agile SAFe environments.
• Ability to influence, challenge and drive results in a fast‑paced organisation.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence and cross‑functional delivery teams.
