AI Enablement Lead – Financial Services (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

Candour Solutions has partnered with a global financial services organisation to hire an AI Enablement Lead / Product Owner who will accelerate AI adoption across the business. Working closely with the Data Culture and AI Lead, you will embed AI into everyday workflows and help managers and teams achieve measurable outcomes. The role sits in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values cross‑functional work and the confidence to challenge convention.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver role‑based AI training and performance support.
• Maintain AI Hub content, including playbooks, prompts and workflow guidance.
• Build and nurture a network of AI champions and sponsors.
• Track AI adoption using measurable indicators and report progress.
• Escalate adoption blockers through established governance channels.

Required profile

• Strong background in learning and development, technical education, organisational change or digital adoption.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and other digital workplace tools.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and create practical, role‑specific guidance.
• Degree in a relevant discipline (or Law with related experience) plus certifications in L&D, change management or AI/data literacy.
• Experience in AI, data or analytics and behavioural change or performance‑management frameworks is a plus.
