AI Optimization Lead – Legal Forms & Precedents

About the role

We are seeking an AI Optimization Lead to drive AI‑powered innovation across Global Forms and Precedents editorial operations. In this role you will translate cutting‑edge ideas into scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency and productivity for legal publishing worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and prioritize AI and automation opportunities to streamline editorial, metadata and content workflows.
• Support the development and execution of the Global Forms and Precedents AI strategy, aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, global teams to move AI concepts from ideation to deployment.
• Review designs and approaches to ensure compliance with organisational standards, governance and quality expectations.
• Oversee integration of AI solutions for global rollout and monitor performance.
• Produce progress reports and communicate outcomes to senior leadership using data‑driven insights.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in AI and automation.

Required profile

• Experience in editorial content operations, legal publishing, project management or product development.
• Extensive background working with legal forms and precedents content in at least one global region.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead global cross‑functional projects across multiple time zones.

Required skills

• Experience applying AI and automation for content optimisation.
