About the role

Corndel is looking for an AI Productivity Coach (Level 3) to help learners confidently adopt AI‑enabled digital tools in the workplace. Working remotely from the UK, you will support participants on the Level 3 "Working Smarter with AI" programme, guiding them to integrate practical AI workflows using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.

Key responsibilities

Coach and mentor learners throughout the Level 3 AI programme.
Facilitate the adoption of AI‑driven workflows within Microsoft 365 environments.
Deliver virtual training sessions and practical workshops on Microsoft Copilot.
Provide feedback, track progress, and adjust learning paths as needed.
Travel nationally when on‑site support or face‑to‑face sessions are required.

Required profile

Proven experience in coaching, training or instructional design.
Strong understanding of AI concepts and their practical workplace applications.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while managing occasional travel.
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
