Air Conditioning Engineer

About the role

CoSourced is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its fast‑growing HVAC team. You will work on commercial and domestic projects across Huddersfield, Manchester, Leeds and surrounding areas, delivering high‑quality installations, maintenance and repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Independently complete installation, maintenance and remedial repair of air‑conditioning systems.
• Diagnose faults efficiently and restore systems to optimal performance.
• Commission new equipment and verify performance standards.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and F‑GAS regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior engineers or trainees when required.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the HVAC industry.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Maintenance and fault diagnosis of AC systems.
• Electrical wiring and controls understanding.
