Air Conditioning Installation Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Supervisor to lead multiple commercial HVAC installation projects across London. In this hands‑on role you will provide technical guidance, organise labour and materials, liaise with project managers and clients, and ensure installations are completed safely, on time and to the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Air Conditioning Installation Engineers on several London sites.
• Organise daily site activities, allocate work and manage resources.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Liaise with Project Managers, subcontractors and clients.
• Carry out quality inspections and maintain high installation standards.
• Manage health and safety on site.
• Assist with project documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising commercial air‑conditioning installations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation and maintenance processes.
• Ability to coordinate teams, materials and schedules on site.
• Commitment to health‑and‑safety standards.
