About the role
As a Store Manager at Apple Retail, you will lead a diverse team to deliver the iconic Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop and inspire team members while ensuring the store meets performance and business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing retail team.
- Recruit, train, retain and empower a diverse workforce.
- Participate actively on the floor, modelling excellent customer service and meeting business priorities.
- Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve store performance targets.
- Uphold Apple policies, protect assets and confidential information.
- Foster an inclusive, safe and respectful environment for all team members.
Required profile
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays as required by the store schedule.
- Proficiency in the local language (written and spoken).
- Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
