Application Developer

About the role

We are modernising core business systems and building new product‑led applications from the ground up. This greenfield role gives you the chance to influence technical direction, architecture and development standards within a small, ambitious in‑house team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new applications using .NET and React/Next.js.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional software.
• Shape and enforce coding standards and architectural guidelines.
• Drive adoption of modern developer tools, including AI‑assisted coding utilities.
• Maintain high quality, performance and security of delivered solutions.

Required profile

• Strong experience with the .NET ecosystem.
• Solid proficiency in React and Next.js.
• Confidence to help define how software is built in a small team.
• Interest in using AI development tools such as Codex, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Enjoys building practical, user‑focused software and seeing the impact of decisions.
