Architect – Large‑Scale Residential Developments

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Architect to join a design‑led studio delivering high‑quality residential projects across London and the UK. You will work closely with senior architects and urban designers to translate strategic visions into coordinated, buildable schemes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop grid‑based residential layouts across feasibility, concept and planning stages.
- Contribute to housing design, including unit mix, typologies and block configurations.
- Produce clear, coordinated drawing packages using Revit.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to resolve planning and design constraints.
- Support presentations, design reviews and client submissions.
Required profile
- ARB‑registered Architect with RIBA Chartered Membership, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in UK residential or housing‑led projects.
- Confidence using Revit in a professional environment.
- Understanding of urban design principles, layout planning and density strategies.
- Clear communication and positive contribution to team discussions.
