Architect – Residential & Healthcare Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our award‑winning practice in Liverpool. You will work on a diverse portfolio of residential and healthcare projects, contributing to design excellence from concept through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages.
• Support both design and technical delivery of projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and wider project teams.
• Produce and review technical drawings, specifications, and project information.
• Present design concepts and technical solutions internally and externally.
• Assist in delivering projects to high technical and design standards.

Required profile

• Several years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong experience across all RIBA stages.
• Proven track record delivering residential and healthcare projects.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and detailing.
• Confident communication and organisational skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a studio environment.
• Ambitious, proactive attitude towards career progression.
• Based within a commutable distance of Liverpool.

Required skills

• Revit (strong proficiency with demonstrable project experience).
