Architect / Senior Architect

About the role

Condy Lofthouse Architects is expanding its Liverpool studio and seeks talented architects with at least five years of post‑Part III experience. This full‑time, studio‑based position works Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) and includes occasional travel to sites, client meetings, and site supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Run projects from concept through completion.
• Support both design and technical delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and wider project teams.
• Produce and review technical information and specifications.
• Present ideas and design solutions internally and externally.
• Assist in delivering projects to high technical and design standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong experience across all RIBA stages.
• Proven delivery of residential and healthcare projects.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and detailing.
• Ambitious career progression and confident communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
• Residence within a commutable distance of Liverpool.

Required skills

• Revit (strong proficiency and project experience).
