Architect – UK Housing Projects (Revit)

About the role

We are a leading AJ100 practice based in Clerkenwell, renowned for UK housing, student accommodation and later‑living projects. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced Architects to deliver technically robust residential schemes across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technically robust housing packages from RIBA Stage 3 through to construction.
• Produce and coordinate detailed Revit drawings for UK residential projects.
• Resolve building regulations, compliance and construction detailing issues.
• Coordinate consultants and manage technical information across the project.
• Support projects through pre‑construction and on‑site technical delivery.

Required profile

• ARB‑registered Architect with around 5 years post‑qualification UK experience.
• Strong track record delivering UK housing projects through technical stages.
• Highly proficient in Revit and confident working within BIM workflows.
• Excellent technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential standards.
• Experience across RIBA Stages 3 to 5, producing coordinated technical packages.
• Full right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
