Experienced Submersible Pump Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Submersible Pump Engineer to join our team in London. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of basement pumps in domestic and light‑commercial properties, delivering high‑quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair submersible pumps in residential basements and commercial sites.
• Diagnose pump faults and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on pump operation and upkeep.
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
• Uphold PPS Pumps’ values and vision in all customer and team interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Submersible Pump Engineer with a strong record of installations and repairs.
• Solid knowledge of submersible pump systems and related equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within London.
