Area Concessions Manager – Glasgow & West Scotland (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Apricot as an Area Concessions Manager responsible for a network of unstaffed concessions across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. This part‑time, hands‑on role focuses on driving sales, maintaining stock, and delivering visual standards in high‑street host stores.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across 12+ concessions in the region.
• Oversee stock replenishment, recalls and inventory control.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional initiatives.
• Liaise with head office and host store management teams.
• Plan and execute a daily work schedule aligned with regional needs.
• Maintain accurate day‑to‑day and ad‑hoc administration.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Travel across the area; company car or mileage reimbursement may be provided.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
• Strategic thinking and strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Hands‑on, self‑motivated attitude.
• Understanding of the Apricot brand and ability to translate it through visual merchandising.
• Track record of building productive relationships with host store teams.
• Basic proficiency with key MS Office applications.

What we offer

• Permanent part‑time contract (32 hours per week over four days, Tuesday‑Friday).
