Area Sales Manager UK & Ireland – Dealers Channel

About the role

Mute is looking for an energetic Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK and Ireland through its dealer network. Based in the United Kingdom, you will work closely with the global commercial team and act as the face of the London showroom, showcasing modular office solutions to architects, specifiers and design‑build firms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Build and nurture a network of distributors and partners, providing tools and support for success.
• Establish relationships with architects and design‑build firms to expand market footprint.
• Turn the Clerkenwell showroom into a hub of influence by hosting events, demos and thought‑leadership sessions.
• Own the regional sales pipeline, manage revenue targets and report performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the dealer or distribution channel.
• Strong network within the architecture, design‑build or commercial interior sectors in the UK and Ireland.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑growing, non‑corporate environment.
