Assembly Operator – Fixed Term Contract

About the role
Dover Fueling Solutions is seeking motivated individuals for a 2‑month fixed‑term contract as Assembly Operators at our Broughty Ferry manufacturing site. Full training will be provided, after which you will work across various factory areas based on business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Follow the Safe To Start process and promote a safe working culture.
- Maintain meticulous attention to quality, ensuring products meet customer specifications.
- Adapt to different production areas, supporting multiple teams and projects.
- Work flexible shift patterns, including day and back shifts, Monday to Friday.
Required profile
- Self‑starter able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player willing to support various teams and projects.
- Flexible and committed to meeting business demands.
- Technical mindset is a plus but not essential.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of £13.38.
- 2‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension.
- Fully paid training for the role.
- Flexible shift patterns (day and back shift, Monday‑Friday).
