Assistant Development Manager

About the role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Development Manager to join their growing team in Wembley. You will work closely with the Development Manager, supporting the delivery of real‑estate projects and day‑to‑day operations in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Development Manager with planning and delivering development projects.
• Coordinate activities between internal departments and external contractors.
• Monitor project progress, maintain accurate records and prepare regular updates.
• Produce reports, documentation and project status communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the wider team as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an assistant management, project support or development role.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
