About the role

Working side‑by‑side with the Store Manager, you will support daily operations, motivate the team and ensure the store consistently meets sales targets and JD standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations to achieve sales targets and core KPIs.
• Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocating tasks and maintaining high service standards.
• Assist in delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the premium JD brand.
• Help uphold JD standards throughout the day, ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet company guidelines.
