Associate Director – Clean Water Analytics & Software

About the Role

Join a global leader in water consultancy as an Associate Director, where you will spearhead our Clean Water Analytics and Software teams. This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving technical excellence, commercial performance, and the delivery of large-scale operational programs across the UK water sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct multidisciplinary teams of engineers, modelers, and data analysts to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Manage multi-million pound portfolios, overseeing risk management, opportunity identification, and resource planning.
• Develop and strengthen strategic client relationships to secure new framework opportunities and drive business growth.
• Define and optimize delivery strategies, integrating advanced software and analytical capabilities into water operations.
• Collaborate with the Technical Director and senior management to align workflows and contribute to the regional clean water strategy.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in senior leadership roles within the water, analytics, or software sectors.
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex technical programs and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage significant budgets and drive business development.
• Academic background: Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
