Associate Director – Private Credit Product Management

About the role

Invesco is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead product initiatives for its European private credit platform. Based in London, you will operate at the intersection of investment, distribution and strategy, driving the development and commercial success of private credit products.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and positioning for syndicated loans, CLOs, direct lending and special situations across Europe.
• Lead complex initiatives such as new product development, fund launches and platform evolution.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers and Client Portfolio Managers to translate investment strategy into client‑focused narratives and solutions.
• Support Distribution teams with fundraising, investor engagement and key client relationships.
• Represent the product in senior client interactions, due‑diligence meetings and roadshows.
• Drive cross‑functional execution with Legal, Compliance, Operations and Marketing.
• Contribute to the long‑term strategic development of the private credit platform.
• Provide informal leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Required profile

• Significant experience in product management, investment or client‑facing roles within private credit or private markets.
• Deep expertise in private credit fund structures, strategies, portfolio construction and performance analysis.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑impact product initiatives.
