Associate Director – SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Business Applications (Cloud ERP/SaaS) practice in London. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud while also covering a broader portfolio of cloud ERP solutions such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite and Workday Financials.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth and strategic development of the Cloud ERP/SaaS practice.
• Own and nurture C‑suite and executive client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor delivery progress, anticipate client needs and ensure high‑quality, timely resolutions.
• Promote S&W’s service offering and value proposition to internal and external audiences.
• Leverage deep technical and commercial knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and other cloud ERP platforms to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Manage engagement financial performance, including budgeting, margin, billing and work‑in‑progress.
• Lead UK and offshore delivery teams, fostering collaboration between people, process and technology.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to build a pipeline of future leaders and specialists.

• Proven ability to develop and grow a consulting practice.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L.
