Associate Index Exotic Options Trader – Equity Derivatives

About the role
As an Associate Index Exotic Options Trader you will help grow the EMEA Index Exotics franchise. You will work closely with sales, trading, quants and IT to design risk‑management tools, analyse market conditions and generate trading ideas.
Key responsibilities
- Manage risk on EMEA exotic index books.
- Price equity exotic structures for sales and clients.
- Collaborate with traders and quants to develop risk‑management tools.
- Prepare trading opportunity reports and perform P&L attribution.
- Conduct market research and monitor news to identify risks and opportunities.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Good knowledge of equity derivatives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in exotic derivatives business.
- Coding skills are preferred.
- Strong work ethic, ability to think quickly and solve problems under pressure.
- Team‑oriented and able to collaborate effectively.
