About the role

The Associate Lecturer in Art Foundation (Bank) will join Chichester College Group’s vibrant Brighton campus to deliver high‑quality teaching on the Foundation Diploma Art and Design programme. This flexible, part‑time contract is designed for industry professionals who wish to share their expertise while maintaining their current work commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver teaching and tutoring sessions as scheduled, preparing learning materials and assessments in advance.
• Mark assignments and provide timely feedback to support student progress.
• Drive student retention and success by meeting or exceeding set performance targets.
• Participate in high‑profile events such as Met Fest to showcase student work.

Required profile

• Demonstrable industrial or commercial experience in illustration and animation.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and adapt teaching assignments to personal availability.
