Atlassian Administrator – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Administrator to manage, optimise and support our Atlassian suite, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence. The role will work closely with Agile delivery teams and business stakeholders in a hybrid London environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimise Jira Software, JSM and Confluence instances.
• Design and implement workflows, screens, fields, permission and notification schemes.
• Create and manage automation rules to streamline processes.
• Build dashboards, filters, reports and Agile boards for team visibility.
• Support Agile teams with best‑practice guidance and troubleshooting.
• Administer Atlassian Cloud or Data Center environments.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience as a Jira/Atlassian Administrator.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering robust Atlassian configurations in fast‑paced environments.
